Terms & Conditions for Cancellation and Refund Policy

Dear Customer please read carefully our refund policy and after that applies any loan.

1) If you apply loan from our company it’s mean you are agree with our all terms and conditions.

2) When we process your loan request after that our company demands insurance charge from customer. And Insurance charge is refundable with terms & Condition.

3) You can cancel your loan request any time & cancel request can take Minimum 15 Days Maximum time depand on insurance company.

4) After accept your cancel request your amount will be refund with 9.5 rate of interest (Note: Rate of Interest is depend on RBI).

5) RTGS and NEFT charges are not refundable. We cannot refund your amount in Cash, DD, CH amount only refund in your bank account through the NEFT or RTGS only.

6) When company accept your cancel request after that our customer care can’t give you any information about your loan status and We request you please contact with your customer executive for any query.

7) Your customer executive can change your loan cancellation request date but he’s also depending on insurance department.

8) We can’t give you any written commitment for return amount and return date.

9) Client’s account should be proper managed from at least last 6 months. In case Bank found that account is not proper managed then they can ask for Fixed Deposit for Update Cibil Score.

10) Client’s CIBIL record should be proper managed when he is applying for any loan from Tata Capital.

11) If client want to change his account number in between on loan process then 5% of Loan amount will be charge as a Processing charge which is not refundable.

12) If you are applying loan request online then offline Meeting (Office Meeting) will not be allowed for any reasons.

13) Company may charge cancellation fees while refund the paid amount of client after loan cancellation. Cancellation charge will decide by company only.

14) In some loan request ECS activation charge will be apply behalf of client bank demand.

Note: – You can take loan from Tata Capital. But you can’t use loan amount for medical treatment, and marriage, and if you physical challenged please tell our executive first.
